Sir,
I ordered My wholesale mercedes style kids car vide order No.408-1135620-6833943,dt:20/11/2020 for Rs.11,800/-. And the item was received on 27-11-2020.After recieving the product it was observed that the car was damaged and I had returned the item to amazon on 15-12-2020.Now I had an issue regarding refund.till now I didn’t got my refund.I made so many calls to amazon customer care . but they are not giving correct information.They are saying that refund already issued to my bank account on 15-12-2020.But till now I didn’t got my refund.I got a mail from amazon by saying “your refund has been issued by amazon.in for the order 408-1135620-6833943 of Rs.11800.00 on 2020-12-16.The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is 035101040987 .”But I didnot got my refund. I making so many calls to amazon customer care daily they are saying from their end refund was successfully processed.they are saying ask ur bank regarding refund.I asked SBI they are saying the amount not received to SBI ask amazon. With the refund reference number I also filed charge dispute form to SBI.from their side also they are saying ask amazon regarding refund.If refund not received I your account means it will be reverted back to amazon. I am exhausted hering this from amazon and SBI. Please help me getting my refund.
