I have bought a online english speaking course form planet spark, As, there representative told us that we can cancel the course any time and they will refund our fee but after classes i sent a cancellation request on their portal they told us that we have attended more than 5 classes so, they cannot cancel my course but we are totally unsatisfied with the course and want my money refund , Kindly help me
