Text of Complaint by Devireddy Pushpeswar:

I have booked for Jio airfiber in the month of October and I have paid 1000rs as advance and rest of the amount at the time of KYC. After that I have followed up with the jio on installation but there is no use. On 14th November they have cancelled my order stating that service is not there in my area and informed that I will get the refund with in 7-10 days and I have only received the payment that I have paid at the time of KYC and not the advance. I am keep on following up with the jio on this case for more than one month but getting either automated mails are asking me wait stating that i will get the refund in 24-48 hours.
