I ordered 1 nos. Realme 11 5G mobile on 07-10-2023 Order ID – OD429347736394297100 with the exchange of my old phone Mi Note 4 and the exchange value shown Rs. 1700.
My new mobile delivered on 12-10-2023 and my old phone exchange date is 19-10-2023.
On 19-10-2023 to 27-10-2023 that means 09 days no delivery agent called me to pick up this old phone (Mi Note 4) and 28-10-2023 this exchange was cancelled.
on 28-10-2023 I called the Flipkart helpline number and complained about this then they said “you will sell this phone on Flipkart sell-Beck, when it will be collected from you then Flipkart will be refunded Rs. 1700” .
On 30-10-2023 I ordered for sell-Back (Order ID – OD429552405774193100) but from 04-10-2023 to 06-10-2023 no delivery agent called me to pick up this phone (Mi Note 4) and on 06-10-2023 they cancelled this order.
