I’m with airtel for past 4 years (broadband) and now moving out to kerala where there is no BB service from Airtel , hence surrendered my current connection and expecting a refund for the unused months, but now they say for Advance Rental there is no refund. Now I feel cheated and consumer should be aware / cautious before entering such agreement with such ISP.
