I had a ticket cancellation in irctc on 19th may 2019. the refund is initiated on 22 may 2019 now 7 working days is passed still I didn’t got my refund. I just contacted custumer care they are saying the process is success.you need to contact your bank and I contacted to my bank they are saying it should be doned by irctc only.
