Text of Complaint by Henna:

I received a WRONG ITEM for the item I placed on Amazon.

So, Initially I placed a return of Crocs mentioning received wrong product. When the delivery agent came and saw that the product was not matching with the image, he denied picking up the wrong item.

Then I had to call the Amazon Customer service and explained that I received a wrong item and then the Customer service executive told me that he will mention in the comments that I received a wrong product and he placed the return order(2nd time) and told that I can return the order when the delivery agent comes for pick up.

So, when the delivery agent came, he picked up the order even though the image was not matching because it was mentioned that I received a wrong order. Otherwise he wouldn’t have picked up the item right?

Now the Amazon team says that they won’t be able to refund since I returned the wrong product.

They are not bothered about delivering the wrong item. Keep mentioning that a counterfeit item was returned and wouldn’t be able to process the refund.
