We bought an Air Conditioner from Flipkart and had taken the extended warranty from Jeeves through Flipkart. When the Air Conditioner kept on showing problems,Jeeves company picked up our Air Conditioner from our home saying it was not possible to repair and they’ll provide us the refund amount.
It’s been more than 2 months since they have picked up the AC but haven’t given any refund nor have reached out to us .
