Text of Complaint by Shubratha Prakash:

I had ordered a few items from flipkart in May and I returned a few items and few items were canceled by the seller. The order was paid through flipkart pay later and when the products were cancelled by the seller and when I returned the products, the refund was not adjusted. So I called customer service multiple times and got no resolution. They ended up blocking my flipkart pay later and now someone called me and told me that the refund has been adjusted in the bill and I have to call customer service to get the bill. I called the customer service as advised and they wanted to call IDFC back because flipkart pay later is tied up with IDFC bank. I don’t have an account with them. Now they are giving run arounds and I want this to be resolved
