I have realme buds air 2 earphone. They gave me damaged product in which right earbuds damage from top. This look like broken and this is not working . Immediately i contact to customer care and they ensure to me replacement but without no reason, they cancelled replacement again i contact to flipkart again they ensure me regarding replacement but again they cancelled this vicious cycle go to till product replacement timing, now they told me time is over, we are now have right to do anything. During these they i am totally distrub anf. Harassed by customer care. My product order id is OD125783878180664000. Please help me
