I have bought realme Buds Air 2 earbuds. Order id is OD125783878180664000. I received a damaged product after i raised a replacement request some they cancel my request without any reason after that i contact with customer care they accept my replacement request but next day they cancelled my request without any reason this vicious cycle repeated for 4 time and today told told me your replacement time is over, during these week i totally harassed and frustrated by customer care. You are my last hope please do something
