it has been wrongly rejected by fulfillment center…although pickup was successful the delivery guy picked the genuine item by matching it with provided image and after a thorough verification process, BUT to my surprise now full fillment center said its not the genuine item.. pls provide me the prof of it because without giving a genuine reply amazon is playing foul and is liable under CONSUMER ACT..pls look into my consideration and provide me my refund or else i have to take legal route
reason for return was quality issue as the door closer started leaking after instalment
