Booked a flight from Hyderabad to Goa on 15th June 2022 with Travolook for travel on 17th June 2022 under Booking Reference Number: REF559702167. The ticket has not been issued but the amount (INR 13,547) got deducted but no refund till today. when I call their customer support center, I am getting a standard response of “wait for one more week”. It looks like they don’t want to refund intentionally. Please help.
