I booked a ticket from vusakhapatnum to bangalore on 4th may travellook site, bcz some problem from their side ticket got cancelled. After so many followup on 31st may I got 4877 out of 6097.when I called to customer care they said I ll got rest 1220 amnt with in 5 to 7 working days. Today it’s 14th june still i did nt got my rest amnt. To refund 6097 they took 40 days but still they did not return full amount. I think I should file a case against this useless travellook site in consumer court.
