1. 7th May – My booking got auto cancelled. Received one call from Traveolook agent. There she confirmed my booking got auto cancelled and she is going to initiate the refund from her end. The refund will be completed in 7 to 10 working days.
2. 29th May – Didn’t received any refund. Called customer care agent. She said refund has already been initiated on 23rd May and should reflect in next 3 to 5 working days.
3. Moreover, the below email says the refunds will be initiated. (means not yet initiated)
