JioFiber connection Order Number NO0000IFIMAL.
On 11 September 2021, technician came for the jio fiber installation just added jio fiber cable then without providing the devices to me jio fiber got activated.
I got information from technician who added jio fiber cable he said we cannot do anything if you need money you can cancel the jio fiber. Created cancellation request on same day
Even after calling to customer care and raising complaint with Jio appellate.Team unable to resolve the issue from 6 months.
