I had ordered a mobile phone in amazon (xiaomi 11t pro) worth 41999 on jan 18t, during purchase i made an exchange of my old phone for ₹ 9300 and remaining i converted to emi with my credit card for 32000, product was delivered on 19th jan. Due to battery issue i applied for replacement, and product was replaced on 31st jan , i found the same battery issue in the replaced mobile so i applied for returns and refund on 5th jan, product was picked up on 6th feb, and my refund did not happen till 4 days so called customer service regarding refunds, they are telling that i had sent the different mobile during replacement and return, they told that they cannot process refund as it does not comes under them and asked me to mail to ofm@amazon.in regarding issue, i sent the first mail to them on 11th feb with attachments of screenshot and invoice. But i did not receive any reply mail from them.
