I did the booking on 5th February 2022 from travolook and just after the booking transaction received an email that your booking has been cancelled due to some operational reason and we have initiated the refund already. you will get your money with 08-10 working days except Saturday, Sunday and gazetted holiday .But now it’s more than a 17 days and no update regarding my refund . Every day i am calling and getting the same response from their side.Their customer care executives are also providing the wrong information.
