I have booked a ticket on travolook from Guwahati to Kolkata on Dec 20, 2021 and within 30 minutes of the booking i got a mail that my ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and i should get the refund within 48 hours. Today m drafting this complaint on 15th of Feb, 2022 and still i did not receive the refund. I have called customer service atleast 50 times and every time they say to wait for 7 to 10 working days and then after 10 days they used to say my refund got cancelled. At the end i got irritated and asked them to refund it back to my travolook wallet. They said within 24hrs ill get the refund in my wallet but its almost 5 days now i have not received it. A very frustrating and a very irritating experience with travolook and this fraud site is solely made to take money from customers and neither to provide them service nor refund.
