I booked flight ticket ( REF 366621446) from bhubaneshwar to chennai on 17 th December 2021 from www.travellook.com .when i was booking amount were debited from my account but ticket not confirmed then few minutes later i received a call from travellook .they told me that ” your ticket price has been rised upto Rs.1500 if your pay more we will confirm your ticket unless we will cancel your ticket and refund your amount to your account with in 7 working days but i was denied to pay extra so that they cancelled my ticket and said refund was progress and will reflect with in 7 days” after 7 working days i contacted travellook customer care they said again 7days like that i contacted 4 times their customer care and mail also dropped them still they saying the same word refund will be happen with in 7days but i have no trust on them please help me for my refund with compensation.
