On 02.10.2021, I had ordered curtains of 2 brands, as following :
Styleworth – 2 units(order id – 40689888659457163)
Story@home – 2 units(order id – 40609659535724300)
However, I received only 1 unit of each brand on 07.10.2021. Therefore, I placed a return request for each brand. The guy, who came to pick up the return parcel of brand story@home in the afternoon of 08.10.2021, didn’t tell me that he had come to pick up only one brand’s curtain and consequently, I handed over both brand’s curtains to him. In the evening same day, another guy came to pick the curtain of brand styleworth. I told him that I had already handed over the curtain to the guy that came in the afternoon. Later, I contacted the amazon customer care for refund and informed the entire situation. So far, I have received the refund of amount that I paid for curtains of brand story@home having order id – 40609659535724300. However, I am yet to receive the refund of Rs. 3,364/- paid for curtains of brand styleworth having order id – 40689888659457163.
You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful please.
