It’s been 45 days and still i haven’t received my refund for the flight cancelled by the airline itself ,Called almost 20-30 times and everytime i get to hear it is under process and will be refunded in 1-2 days ..
It is clearly a fraud and requesting higher authorities to look into it and help me wd my refund at the earliest , also make sure these companies are blacklisted so that tomorrow there ishould be no one like me giving complaint with such issues
