dear amazon, I have ordered a small sewing machine worth RS999 on 2nd october 2021. but it didn’t arrive for many days. so i contacted customer care and she suggested me to cancel the order as it has been loss. so she cancelled it for me and told me that the amount would be refunded in my UPI id within 2-3 working days. now it is november 30 and I have waited for more than a month and the amount hasn’t been refunded yet. i try calling customer care but it unreachable. are you thinking of looting from poor people like us. I need that money to buy another product which is very much needed by me. can you please refund the amount and send me a notification that it has been refunded. thank u very much. hope u take up action as soon as possible.
