At the time of booking they do not mentioned that if ticket cannot be issued your refund will be credited in your account in 7-10 days. They mailed me that your ticket will be issued in half hour and after half hour they called me that your ticket is not booked. and telling that you will get refund in 7-10 working days. why should i wait for this long time as that is not my fault .Amount is rs 14038 not small amount for me.
