I had booked flight ticket in the month of August from durgapur to Delhi for Rs 3509. They cancelled the tickets and stated that the refund will be processed with in 7-10 business day. I have been following up with them for refund since then and they have blocked my number. Everytime that I speak with them they promise that the refund will be issued and yet it has not been processed. They are a fraud company, and their customer service representatives are unprofessional.
