Last 16th October 2021, I book a train ticket through IRCTC. And the booked ticket amount is Rs.- 6336.38 with Phonepe by debit card. But unfortunately the ticket was cancelled and the refund amount of Rs.- 6170.00 (after deduction of GST) was refund by IRCTC in my account through Phonepe(by debit card) on 21st October 2021. But the above said amount is not credited/refunded/initiated in my account till now.
I told my bank branch about this problem but they did not resolve this or not get any satisfactory answer.

Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
