Hi my name is Prerna and my travolook ref id is REF094009801 and I booked my ticket from Varanasi to bangalore which got cancelled by travolook end due to some technical issue and that I book it on 7th of July and from that day I am following up travolook customer agent and they all are giving me different different answers which is not justified it’s been a 3 months I have not received my refund yet every day they are telling by tomorrow’s you will get but still I have not received my refund pls help me on this.
