I have booked an air ticket rom bubaneshwar to Varanasi on 14th March 2022, from travelook.in soon after booking they mailed me stating that ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and 6198 rupess got deducted, they provided me with reference number REF305191752, and it’s been 22 days sti there is no refund every time they are saying it will take 10to 15 working days. But no refund yet
