I had an email issue and i got logged out. Customer service emailed me to an alternative email address to send them my documents and my wallet address for the verification to refund my money into my wallet address. since the day i sent them my documents, i did not get any response from them. i have emailed them, contacted them through various ways but they did not respond to my email. I know these are bad and corrupt people in the customer service which are ignoring the customers request and showing them done in the company’s side. They are looting customers.
