October 8, 2022 at 12:22 pm I ordered a wine color lehenga from Meesho app ,the full price is 1434 rs.I got that lehenga 16 October 2022 at11:01 am.According to the price, I did not like the quality of the lehenga . I ordered a stitched blouse dupatta and lehenga, but I received only unstitched blouse piece, dupatta and lehenga, due to which I made a return request at 11:35 am. They accepted the return request and at 12:43 pm product pickup Completed,I have selected UPI option for refund. immediately after that I got a msg from meesho app that my refund has been initiated.and they told to expect 3,4 working days for reflect the refund. We waited and then checked my registered UPI and bank account in meesho but I didn’t get refund ,After that I registered complaint about 35 to 36 times and called help center several times but every time they provide me email and in that my UPI and bank details asking for,And as many times I was asked for all this, we provided the statement as many times. Even after that every time I was asked to wait like this for 8 to 10 days 4 to 5 working days and almost 5 month passed like this,The registered bank account in the app is far away from our house and I was told by the app help center that you go to the bank and talk to the manager or check whether there is any money transfer in the name of cashfree payments.After spending a lot of money, I went to my bank for at least 10-12 days to check all this and after talking to the bank officer, the bank officer checked the account and said that no money has been credited in the name of cashfree payment.Even after this again we filed a complaint that I did not get the money back. And so from 16 October 2022 today It is February 12, 2023, but my 1434 rupees refund was not received back!!!!!
Even today i.e. 12 February 2023 Called help center but they say due to some technical glitch they can’t check details right now and was asked to contact after a while They keep saying the same thing again and again, we are registering a complaint here please help me this is my request to you!
