Please refer to the trailing mail
I booked a ticket from Indore to Goa with reference number REF845412934 on 1st July from travolook. After some time on the same day I got a call from customer care that your ticket got cancelled due to some technical error in the airline and he said your amount will be refunded within 10 days and he also said to book the ticket again from their website. But it’s been a month now and I did not get my refund back. I tried to contact customer care on phone and emails both but didn’t get positive response from them. There are lot of people facing the same issue with this site and this site is a fraud. Please resolve that issue as soon as possible had call daily the customer care are said to me your refund will be issue within 24 hours.
the cyber cell team of Gurgaon kindly help me for receiving my refund.
