I have booked flight ticket from New Delhi to Hyderabad on 14th April 2021 , automatically it was cancelled and got email but refund amount is not received .

i have tried call to toll-free number to Travolook company no reply and i have sent email to them , they said it will come with 14 -15 working days.
but till now its completed more that 20 days , i didn’t have any response from Travolook ,
i need escalation upon this and my refund back
