Hi Sir/Madam,
I Ashish wants to complaint against Zoomcar company as I didn’t get my refund yet. I made a booking with zoomcar on 25th September 2020. I dropped the car on the parking area at samalikha village Delhi. I paid total R.S 5,332 which includes security deposit of R.S 2,999. It’s been 4 months complete but I didn’t received my refund of R.S 2,999 yet. I called to customer care number and also emailed them regarding this issue, but they didn’t replied me. Hence, I request you to please take action against zoomcar and pressed them to give my refund as soon as possible.
