I bought a smart phone from amazon 19th may 2022. On December the phone’s speaker was not working properly so i went to the nearest authorized service center. The service center told me that the internal parts of the product is duplicate and thus cannot issue warranty and told me to contact amazon. After contacting them for many days at last on January the initiated a return request so i returned my phone. It reached the seller on 19th January and the seller is texting me that the phones internal parts is changed from my side so no refund will be initiated. so i contacted amazon and told them about this they told me no worries a refund will be initiated. After a week no refund was provided so i contacted them once again. They ask me to provide shipping details and after giving that they told me refund has been initiated and will credit within 3-5 days. Today when i contacted them they told me that no refund will be initiated and if i want can contact the seller. A service record provided by Mi service center is attached with this.
