AS I PURCHASED FROM AMAZON GUITAR ONLINE THROUGH MY HDFC DEBIT CARD FOR RS 2049/- ON 3RD JULY 2022 AND AS PER ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS IF THE SAID PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE THEN IT IS RETURNED BACK TO THE SELLER. SO I DO SO ON 16TH JULY 2022 BUT THEY CAME TO PICKUP THE SAME PRODUCT ON 29TH JULY 2022 ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE THAT THE SAID AMOUNT DIDNOT CREDITED IN THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD BECAUSE THAT ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND THEY SAID THAT THEN YOU ON CALL ERASED THAT BANK DETAIL AND PROVIDE THAT ONE IN WHICH YOU WANT THE SAID PAYMENT I DO SO BUT AT THE NEXT DAY THE MESSAGE CAME ON MY EMAIL THAT THEY CREDITED IN THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT WHICH IS CLOSED AFTER THAT I CONTINUOUSLY CALL THEM AND SAID THEM THAT YOU REFUNDED IN MY CLOSED ACCOUNT AND THAT REFUND IS NOT COME YET PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT THAT EITHER YOU RECEIVED REFUND BUT THEY DID NOT AGREE TO DO SO AND ONLY TELL ME THAT YOU GO BANK YOU GO RBI BECAUSE WE REFUNDED THE SAME AS PER OUR RRN NO. BUT AS PER LAWS IF ANYONE DEBITED ANY PAYMENT TO CLOSED ACCOUNT THEN IT IS RETURNED BACK OR NOT. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER AS I DEPRESSED WITH THIS. NO ONE HELP ME.
