we have register for a broadband connection through an agent and he ask for payement after that the process will start. the payement method is online and it was not a fraud link, it was a genuine link of airtel but because of some issue here they are unable to give us connection and we ask for refund after that we call on airtel customer care and said that we want refund and they replied that they have filed refund requent and we wil get our refund in 7-8 working days but after 10 days we do not get the refund so we again call customer care and they said the same thing and now it’s been 1 months and we do not get our refund and the amount was 3000.
