I have booked a flight from varanasi to Hyderabad using Travolook on 13th of February. Post confirmation of the booking, within 5 mins an executive called me and told that the booking had canceled due to increase in fare by airlines and I would be getting the refund. It’s been 2 months now but still I haven’t received any refunds. I have called almost 10 to 15 times to customer care and everytime they say that i will get the refund in 2 days but thats not happening. I sincerely request to take action against this company since they are not initiating the refunds wantedly. Indeed Customer service executes are also very rude.
