Sir,
I have purchased kent vaccum cleaner oon 30.11.2020 through Amazon. This product is received on may be 01/02.11.2020. But the product is not working properly so i have request to return the product as soon as possible. The delivery boy picked this product on 03.12.2020 after evening. After that i checked refund status which shows your product is not reach. So i have complaint on 6.12.2020 at Amazon service center and they have filled my complaint but there is no response by them. After that i again contact customer care for refund and they again registered my complaint and they says your product is not received. After that i continously complaint with Amazon on 8,9,12 13,15,18 23.12.2020 but they same that your enquiry is under process. They do not anything for my refund issue. They gave me only time for issues my refund. Pl do needful action for my refund and otherwise i will go to consumer forum against u for the refund my issues
