I had ordered groceries via blinkit using Simpl. Two of my transactions failed, resulting in a total of 1538 Rs. being deducted. I immediately contacted both blinkit and simpl. Blinkit stated that the money had not reached them hence they cannot initiate a refund. However, Simpl is yet to reply to my mails. This happened on the 17th of March and now it is currently the 21st of March and there is still not a single peep about the refund status of those transactions. Furthermore, Simpl does not have direct chat with executives, we have to do everything using a bot and then they never reply to mails.
