I spoke to Teeka your customer care executive for refund request REF446289688 on 24 January 2022. My original refund request REF446289688 was raised on 9 January 2022. She told me that i will get my refund within 7-10 working days today is 28 January still i have not received my refund . This is really irritating. They told me on 24 Jan 2022 that there is technical issue i ask when this issue will get fixed i got no timeline about the same from your customer care executove Teeka, Shalu Singh i spoke on 28 Jan 2022. No one had helped me out in getting kjy refund . Really bad and irritaing i have raised a case ID also to Technical team 3023442. Can i know exactly what is status of case id 3023442 assigned to technical team also by when i need correct data when i will get my refund as it more than 7 to 10 working days. Guys please help me with correct data. . I need exact date by when i will get my refund for REF446289688.
