I did purchase a hard disk from amazon on 04.01.2021 but i had received damage hdd so i return it. But payment not refund from amazon. And they were saying payment successfully refund on 09.01.2021 by RRN 100917222887.
Please help me my order no is 405-1630559-3138707
I also complain in punjab national bank but they were also saying that they can not help in this metter.
