I have book a ticket from Chennai to Madurai on 20/09/2021 for 2 times using Trovolook.in website.
My two tickets are cancelled by your team due to ticket price expiration and some other reasons but not he refund was not reflected to my credit card which I used to make the payment.
Ticket reference numbers as follows
1. Booking Reference Number: REF386211081 – Refund to be done for 2862/-
2. Booking Reference Number: REF106510381 – Refund to be done for 2757/-
It’s been so long but I haven’t not gotten the refund so far.
