A ticket from Cochin to Delhi was booked on 7th May 2021. (travel date 11 May). However, the ticket was not booked, though the amount Rs. 6639 was debited from my account. The customer care executive informed me that the amount will be refunded in 15 days. No refund is received so far, nor did they give any transaction Id. Now they are not responding to the emails too. After calling up customer care, I was informed that I need to wait another 10 days. The reference number is REF972500070.
