I have raised a surrender request for my jio fiber connection with service ID no-300372845637(order no- CO0000D1200V) scheduled on 20-07-2021.The representative was supposed to come and take back their Equipment and Process the refund of my security Deposit, As engineer visited he uninstalled,but he filled wrong ifsc code i immideitly told him but he says there will be a confirmation call it is 28 day passed bur no call i received regardinf refund process i lodged comlain in NCH. I get multiple calls from Jio representatives but none of them know what is going on, they keep making excuses and ask to call customer care which i have done multiple times, i have emailed them too, but they just give automated response, this is totally unprofessional way to handle any request, please give me justice and take immediate action on jio fiber company for this harassment.
