I ordered a product (Sparx Men Black Sandals) from Flipkart worth Rs. 628 on 6th Feb 2021 through Cash on delivery. My order id is OD220947472260881000. I don’t like the product so, I returned the product to Flipkart back and they processed my refund amount on 13th feb 2021 (they told me that this amount should be credited to your account by 16th feb 2021) to my net banking account. They also provide me with the reference no. 104113576457. but it is not helpful. I contacted the Flipkart team so many times but nothing happened. They only told me to ask your bank, go to the grievance cell or complaint for charge back form. I did everything but I was unable to find money. In this regard I shared my bank details with Flipkart many times. Flipkart were not giving me the seller account details or right transaction number. Without these transaction details the bank will not entertain me. This procedure wasted my time a lot. Till date this amount (629) is not received. I am very disappointed. If the seller is really initiated or flipkart really initiated my money, it would be reflected in my account in maximum one week. This is a fraud against me.
