I ordered sample products and prepaid in Smytten and before I’m collecting my product they returned the products. And in the app it is shown that within 5 to 7 working days refund amount will be refunded but they didn’t refunded till now I ordered at date of 16-09-2023 October and today it’s been 22days. Please help me to get my refund.
