I made an prepaid Order in Glowroad Application, they cancelled it. But, no refund is credit in my bank account. Today, i try to made a complain about my prepaid order has been cancelled, but, no refund has been credited to my account. I ask for a call through application, someone is answering me and his customer care is also very very bed, i am so sad about that. Please take necessary action. I ask many time, can you speak in English, but, talking only in Hindi, this simple English questions can be answer, if he sit in a help center, he is not fit to sit in that help center.
