dear sir or madam,
I had purchased 2 headphones of boat company from amazon on 10th june 2020. I placed a return request on 19th june 2020 (which was within the return period). On 19th june Amazon Customer care executive gave me a pickup date of the product as 3rd july 2020 and asked me give some other address for pick as pickup facility was not there for my area (miraroad). So I gave my brothers address (bhayander).
On 3rd of July no one turn up for pickup. So I called them again, they gave me another date for pickup of my product I.e 10th July 2020.
On 10th of July Amazon delivery boy came at my miraroad address and asked for return product but I told them yo pick it up from bhayander. He didnt go there and again on the next he came at my place, miraroad . I told him again to pick it from bhayander, he went there and picked up the product but he didnt update at Amazon warehouse about the pick of 2 headphones (boat headphones).
Till date whenever I call at Amazon customer care , they tell me the same thing that return of the product is not updated at the warehouse.
It’s been 1 and half month since I have been following up with these customers care executive but they are not able to resolve my refund issue. They give me 2-3 days time for refund everytime when I call.
Now I am fed up with their false responses and fraudulent activities of Amazon delivery boys. I have stopped purchasing things from Amazon.
I request you to look into the matter and resolve this issue. I want my refund asap.
