I have been chasing refund of 1 ticket since April 2021. I was promised refund within 21 days of applying for refund. Its close to 7 months now and even after several mails I have only got the false promises from Spicejet. I have never seen such level of unprofessional behaviour from any airlines till date. Proof of mails can be provided on request. Please help
