Our go first flight from Mumbai to Bangalore on 2nd June 2023 was cancelled by the airline. We had initiated a refund and cancellation request in happyfares.com and goFirst but are yet to receive any acknowledgment. There is no clarity on refund procedure and no response from authorities.
